// Garlic Lemon Tuna and Rice

1 Can Chunk Light Tuna
½ Cup White Rice
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper to Taste (optional)

Begin by bringing ½ cup water to a boil then stirring in rice and removing from heat. Cover the rice and let sit for five minutes. Open tuna can and remove water. Once the rice is finished, drain the water and combine the tuna and rice into a bowl, add in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. Stir and microwave for one minute. Enjoy!
